Project Summary
mode supported the delivery of a 38,000 sqm industrial and logistics estate in an urban location at Titan Industrial Estate, Grays. Our role focused on preparing a robust Transport Assessment and leading negotiations with both the local highway authority and National Highways.
The project required careful management of HGV movements and traffic impacts within a constrained network, alongside agreement of a proportionate package of mitigation and Section 106 contributions. Through early engagement and evidence-led assessment, mode helped secure a planning-ready transport strategy that addressed operational needs without unnecessary intervention.
