Project Summary
mode provided transport planning support for the phased delivery of up to 106,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space at Matrix 49, Avonmouth. This involved the preparation of Transport Assessments across multiple planning applications and ongoing dialogue with both the local highway authority and National Highways.
A key objective was to demonstrate that development traffic could be accommodated without triggering off-site highways mitigation beyond the site access roads. Through bespoke trip generation analysis and a clear understanding of operational characteristics, mode successfully supported planning approvals with no additional highway works required.
