Project Summary
mode supported the Hill Group with highways and transport planning advice for their Barlby Road development in Ladbroke Grove, a mixed-use scheme delivering new homes and commercial space in a highly accessible West London location.
To support the development proposals and ensure compliance with local policy, mode prepared:
- A Residential Travel Plan to encourage sustainable travel behaviour among residents.
- A Commercial Travel Plan tailored to the needs of the employment and retail elements of the development.
- A Delivery and Servicing Plan setting out efficient, safe servicing arrangements that minimise impacts on the surrounding highway network.
By embedding sustainable travel measures and operational best practice into the scheme, mode ensured the proposals were aligned with local transport policy and London Plan standards, while contributing positively to the long-term connectivity of Ladbroke Grove.
