Poyle 80
Project Summary
mode acted as transport advisor for Poyle 80, a bespoke warehouse development adjacent to Heathrow Airport. The project required an innovative approach to car parking provision for B2/B8 uses, responding to both operational needs and local policy expectations.
A bespoke parking assessment was developed to justify an efficient level of parking, while parallel negotiations with National Highways focused on avoiding onerous obligations relating to HGV impacts on the M25. The resulting Transport Assessment was supported throughout consultation with no objections raised by highways officers.
