Project Summary
mode supported the phased delivery of approximately 28,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space at Arterial Park, Rayleigh. Our role included the preparation of Transport Assessments for two phases of development, alongside a suite of supporting transport documents and design input.
Through close engagement with the local highway authority and a proportionate assessment of traffic impacts, mode helped secure planning consent with no highway objections, ensuring the scheme could be delivered efficiently and in line with commercial objectives.
