Project Summary
mode supported the planning application for a 32,000 sqm industrial and logistics estate at Vanguard Logistics Park, Longmoor, located in close proximity to the A3. The role involved preparation of a comprehensive Transport Assessment and extensive negotiations with both the local highway authority and National Highways.
By clearly demonstrating the operational characteristics of the development and its impacts on the surrounding network, mode helped agree a proportionate package of mitigation and Section 106 contributions, enabling the scheme to move forward with planning certainty.
