Agar Grove
Project Summary
mode was appointed by the Hill Group to provide highways and transport planning advice for the Agar Grove development in Camden, part of a large-scale regeneration programme delivering new, high-quality homes within the borough.
To support the planning process, mode prepared a comprehensive Construction Management Plan that set out how construction activity would be managed to minimise disruption to local residents and businesses, while safeguarding the operation of the surrounding road network.
The plan included measures to:
- Control and manage construction traffic and vehicle routing.
- Ensure safe access arrangements for all users, with particular consideration for pedestrians and cyclists.
- Minimise noise, dust, and other environmental impacts associated with construction activity.
- Provide clear communication protocols with the local community throughout the works.
Through this work, mode ensured that the Hill Group could demonstrate a robust and policy-compliant approach to construction, supporting the delivery of new housing as part of Camden’s estate renewal programme.
