Regeneration
The Canning Town Masterplan is a residential-led mixed use development within the London Borough of Newham. It represents a comprehensive phased regeneration of the existing estates and comprises the erection of new buildings ranging from 2 to 15 storeys, providing up to 1,650 residential units, community space, and non-residential floorspace.
Phase 1 comprises the Vincent Street scheme, which includes the provision of 147 residential units, 191sqm of non-residential floorspace, car parking and landscaping.
mode has provided comprehensive and varied assistance on Phase 1 as part of continued support with progress of the Masterplan. This has included preparation and submission of a Construction Logistics Plan, Residential Travel Plan, Delivery and Servicing Plan, Car Parking Management Plan and BREEAM assessment, including assessment of accessibility by sustainable modes of transport in-line with TfL Healthy Streets assessment criteria.
