Later this evening, mode set off on a 350 mile charity cycle ride to the Netherlands to raise money for New Futures Nepal.
The money raised will help fund a new supported living building in Katmandu, a life-changing initiative that provides a safe and nurturing environment for young adults with disabilities and complex needs.
