Chester has experience working on schemes through all stages of the planning process, helping to secure planning permission on a range of schemes across the UK including residential, commercial, education, and leisure projects.
Chester’s key areas of expertise include the preparation of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and transport input into Environmental Impact Assessments.
He holds a BSc in Geography from Bournemouth University.
Chester enjoys playing and watching football, cricket, and golf outside of work.
