The Pre-Commencement Planning Conditions to allow the new KFC site in Great Yarmouth to commence construction have now been discharged with mode’s assistance.
Pro-active discussions were held with the Highways Officer at Norfolk County Council despite these difficult circumstances that the UK is working under; mode transport planning were able to discuss and agree the future monitoring strategy for on-street parking in the neighbouring roads.
