Transport Planning Application
mode transport planning is engaged to assist with the planning application to demolish an existing vacant office building and car servicing unit and replace these with a 75 residential apartments with ground floor car parking.
A Transport Statement and Framework Travel Plan were prepared to accompany the outline planning application submission. The submission sought to tie together a reduced level of car parking (lower than the stated Slough Borough Council standards), with the improving sustainability of the site being moments from Burnham railway station and the upcoming Elizabeth line access.
