Pendle Rise Shopping Centre
Project Summary
The redevelopment of the Pendle Rise Shopping Centre is part of a mixed use regeneration scheme to revitalise Nelson Town Centre.
The redevelopment includes the demolition of the existing shopping centre to replace it with a 55,000sqft mixed-use complex comprising nine commercial units as well as a supermarket as anchor tenant. The scheme will also provide 143 town centre parking spaces following the closure of an adjacent multistorey carpark.
