mode transport planning is proud to have assisted Festival Housing on the development of a new 101 unit extra care retirement village. This village is known as Clarence Park Village and is located on Worcester Road in Malvern, Worcestershire.
The development will offer a mix of homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale. The site will offer onsite personal care services.
mode were appointed to prepare:
- a sustainable travel strategy for all occupants;
- staff and Visitor travel patterns study
- staff and visitor parking requirements; and,
- a full site travel plan
