Project Summary
Capital Park is an industrial/ warehousing scheme comprising 18 units with a combined floor area of c.12,000sqm.
mode was involved in this project from concept all the way through to construction, which involved extensive liaison and negotiations with the Local Authority on roads matters to ensure a successful outcome for the planning application was achieved.
Technical work included a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan.
