Project Summary
APTUS Preston is an employment scheme off the M6 providing 75,000sqm of industrial and warehousing uses.
mode was involved in this project from concept all the way through to construction, which involved extensive liaison and negotiations with the Local Highway Authority and National Highways to ensure a successful outcome for the planning application was achieved.
Technical work included a Transport Assessment and BREEAM Travel Plan. mode was also involved in the temporary closures and permanent diversions of Public Rights of Way within the site.
