Airport Trade Park
Project Summary
The Airport Trade Park is a multi-unit scheme off Swords Road in Dublin providing over 11,200sqm of warehousing use in close proximity to Dublin Airport in Co. Fingal.
mode was involved in this project from concept all the way through to construction, which involved extensive liaison with Fingal County Council’s Planning and Strategic Infrastructure Department as well as Transport Infrastructure Ireland, from which a successful outcome for the planning application was achieved.
Technical work included a Traffic and Transport Assessment and a Mobility Management Plan. mode was also involved in post approval work to assist with obtaining the required transport credits for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) sustainability accreditation.
