The scheme comprised 55,000sqft of employment units on a site off Riverbank Road.
mode prepared the following key transport related elements in support of the planning application:
- liaison with Wirral Council Highways;
- sustainable accessibility review;
- HGV, car and cycle parking strategy, including car park accumulation analysis;
- site access design;
- trip generation review;
- off-site junction capacity analysis;
- swept path analysis; and
- preparation of a full transport assessment report.
