David is a Chartered Civil Engineer who has over twenty-three years professional experience of working within the private sector; his specialist expertise includes transport impact studies for new development proposals.

David has a breadth of experience associated with commercial development; he has vast experience in all aspects of transportation planning and highway engineering, including: preparation of Transportation Assessments, Travel Plans & Environmental Assessments; transportation aspects of Land Promotion and has appeared as an Expert Witness on numerous occasions.

David is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

In his spare time David enjoys wakeboarding, paddle boarding, mountain biking, trail running, mountaineering, skiing, reading 1960’s classic fiction and watching B-movie cinema!
