David Frisby

David is a Chartered Civil Engineer who has over twenty-three years’ professional experience working within the private sector; his specialist expertise includes transport impact studies for new development proposals.
David has a breadth of experience associated with commercial development; he has vast experience in all aspects of transportation planning and highway engineering, including the preparation of Transportation Assessments, Travel Plans, and Environmental Assessments; the transportation aspects of Land Promotion; and has appeared as an Expert Witness on numerous occasions.
David is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. In his spare time, David enjoys wakeboarding, paddle boarding, mountain biking, trail running, mountaineering, skiing, reading 1960s classic fiction, and watching B-movie cinema!
