A Transport Statement and Framework Travel Plan were prepared to accompany the outline planning application submission. The submission sought to tie together a reduced level of car parking (lower than the stated Slough Borough Council standards), with the improving sustainability of the site being moments from Burnham railway station and the upcoming Elizabeth line access.

Outline planning permission was granted in May 2020.
