Burley Studios
Project Summary
Burley Studios is a student accommodation scheme of 183 apartments over six to eight storeys at Burley Street in Leeds.
The development will be made up of 162 standard units, 14 accessible units, and seven ‘premium’ units and will provide on-site amenities including a gym, social lounge, study space and two private dining spaces.
Due to existing highway safety concerns and proposals for a future cycle scheme adjacent to the site, the project involved extensive liaison and negotiations with the Local Highway Authority to ensure a successful outcome for the planning application was achieved. Technical work included a Transport Statement and Travel Plan.
