mode engaged with Flintshire County Council and the Welsh Government to address matters relating to the impact on the local and strategic roads network. Our technical work included a Transport Assessment, BREEAM Travel Plan, the access junction and internal road design, parking advice and swept path analysis to input into the design of the service yards.
