NPPF Seminar

We had the pleasure of attending the “What does the revised NPPF mean for the property industry?” seminar hosted by YEP London and Carter Jonas. The event highlighted the key revisions within the proposed NPPF, which in terms of transport included the shift from the prevalently adopted ‘predict and provide’ approach to a ‘Vision-Led’ future.

This transition represents a long-awaited mindset shift for transport planning; instead of providing measures to accommodate past trends, the ‘Vision-Led’ approach prioritises a sustainable, people-centred vision for new developments.
