Miguel is a Senior Transport Planner with over 4 years of experience working on a variety of schemes, including residential, industrial, healthcare, education, and retail sites.

During his time at mode, Miguel has been involved in the preparation of a wide range of reports including Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Delivery and Servicing Plans and Construction Logistic Plans. Miguel is also proficient in software such as “AutoCAD”, “TEMPro”, “Junctions 10” and “LinSig”.

Miguel has experience working from the due diligence stage of a project through to planning submission and post-submission work, helping to secure permission on a range of schemes including Outline, Full, and Reserved Matters Applications. More recently, Miguel has assisted in the delivery of various S73 applications and has provided input into large-scale masterplans with a focus on sustainability.

Miguel values building strong working relationships with Planning and Highways Officers, as well as working closely with clients and architects to best meet a developer’s needs.

Miguel enjoys exploring faraway places and has recently travelled to countries such as China, Korea, and Japan.
