Whilst the latest Lockdown 3.0 is frustrating for us all, we do have many positives to reflect upon from last year with new staff members joining the business, numerous promotions, pay rises and a strong pipeline of work:

  • Meaning;
  • Resilience;
  • Emotions; and
  • Acceptance.

As such, our staff are now part of a community of over half a million people in England (4 million people worldwide), working together to create a society where starting a conversation about feeling isolated and mental health doesn’t have to be difficult and where everyone can thrive!
