Josh is an Associate with a wide range of experience in Development Planning and Development Control.

He has worked on a variety of residential, commercial, retail and leisure led projects for both public and private sector clients in the UK.

Josh is skilled in a variety of different areas, including Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Parking Strategies, Site Promotion, Access Appraisals and NMU Audits, along with Project Management and Tendering.  Josh also has technical experience in data manipulation and analysis, GIS mapping, junction modelling and AutoCAD.

Josh has previously provided asset support to Highways England, offering engineering and planning advice in relation to applications and local planning documents, in order to ensure the future safe and efficient operation of the motorway and trunk road network.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys music and frequently attends gigs. He also plays football and rugby from time to time, and is a regular user of the local gym and pool.
